You can find many lists on what makes a leader great and they are almost always different. You will find some overlap here and there but for the most part, you are going to decide which list is most accurate.

I must admit that they all will have something helpful for the reader. I have benefited from that myself.

But at the end of the day, I'm left to decide for myself because it's too much to sift through.
