On today's episode I speak with Radhalisa Zarzuela and Deran Young. Radha and Deran met at a level one IFS training in Harlem, NY.

Radha shares her story with us which is touching and courageous. I felt inspired by her and think you will too.

We talk about the impact of domestic violence and the power of coming out of this with "trauma residue" and with a strong voice.
