he Philadelphia Phillies regular season is almost upon us! This week, we dive into some ongoing and prevalent storylines pertaining to this team, what certain talent may show us this season, and what we are concerned about as Opening Day is almost here. It was great conversation!
But first, we made an announcement that in the near future, we’ll be discussing storylines surrounding the Philadelphia Union. Yes, soccer talk is coming to the PST Podcast Show! (approx. 3:55)
We then discussed how the World Baseball Classic was an amazing sports event this year and whether or not it should be moved to the middle of MLB’s season. (15:35)
From there, we dove into some Eagles talk, specifically what has happened to the safety position during free agency. (approx. 25:20)
We then gave some thoughts on the Sixers season down the stretch, and how Joel Embiid has been an incredibly dominant force on the court. (approx. 32:00)
What we threw down on the Table this week was a great discussion about how this upcoming Phillies baseball season is slated to look. Specifically, our thoughts on Bryson Stott and his development. The starting pitching is looking like a big concern heading into the season. Also, Brandon Marsh needs to step up when it comes to his offensive performance. Plus much more this week on the Table!
