My guest today is Jonathan Fields. He is an award-winning author, executive producer, and host of one of the top-ranked podcasts in the world, Good Life Project®. He is currently the founder and CEO of Spark Endeavors, and lead architect behind the Sparketypes®, an online assessment system to help individuals and organizations identify, embrace, and cultivate work that makes people come alive!

A lot of our conversation revolved around the ideas in his new book “SPARKED: Discover Your Unique Imprint for Work That Makes You Come Alive.”

In this episode we discuss why “burning out” is becoming more common in today’s society, the relationship between internal stress and physical pain, how to not self-sabotage once your life is finally in alignment, how to find out your “Sparktype”, what to start doing with your life right now, and so much more!
