2 years. Wow. 2 years of holding space, tearing down walls, uncensored talk, shining light on the dark shit, and of course, adding the lighthearted fuckery we all need. In this episode, we celebrate our anniversary (late of course, in true Sarah and Amy fashion). We have several past guests give their quick and beautiful messages to us and you all which allows us all to reflect on the vast amount of solidarity that is out there in the mental health space...even when it doesn't feel like it. We cannot thank you enough for your continued support. We raise a glass to all of YOU, and all of our past and future guests. Here is to many, many more years of disrupting the hell out of the mental health space TOGETHER. Stay wild and weird Warriors. We love you.
