Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, Mitch McConnell “wrecked” the Senate under Trump.
Then, on the rest of the menu, two hundred-three House Republicans voted against bolstering federal resources to prevent domestic terrorism in response to the racist mass shooting in Buffalo, New York; a Wisconsin man was sentenced to ten years in prison for a racist acid attack; and, the Defense Department inspector general determined the Vindman brothers suffered “swift” and severe retaliation from Trump over the Ukraine call.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said the United States does not have the legal authority to seize frozen Russian central bank assets; and, the Department of Justice charged one American and four Chinese officials with spying.
