Holly Wilmeth is a photographer that creates images embodying elements of nature, mysticism, and spirituality. Drawing inspiration from ancient mythologies, symbolism, diverse cultures and a deep spiritual practice, Holly’s images are a personal interpretation of her life’s sacred dance.
She recently co-created and released the "Sacred Nature Oracle Deck," a stunning deck that features Holly's hauntingly beautiful images of plants layered over their human vessels.
We talked to Holly about her creative process, her journey creating "Sacred Nature," the wisdom she has received from plant allies, the backstories behind some of her most striking images, her lifelong relationship with Nature and spirituality and how it shows through her work.
"I had this kind of realization of – oh my God, if the world is my friend, if the world is my teacher, how come I haven’t learned to understand its code and language? And so that’s partly where Sacred Nature started."
