Tisha Schuller welcomes Ruy Teixeira, nonresident senior fellow at American Enterprise Institute (AEI) to the Energy Thinks podcast. Tisha Schuller welcomes Lorna Luebbe, general counsel, senior vice president, and chief sustainability officer for Puget Sound Energy to the Energy Thinks podcast. Lorna received a bachelor’s degree in geology and economics from Cornell University and received her law degree from Lewis & Clark. She also completed the Executive Management Program from the University of Washington. For 23 years Lorna has worked for Puget Sound Energy (PSE). Her roles have included senior corporate counsel, assistant general counsel, director of environmental services, deputy general counsel, and vice president of sustainability. Tisha Schuller welcomes Arnab Datta, managing director of policy implementation at Employ America and director of infrastructure policy at the Institute for Progress (IFP), to the Energy Thinks podcast. Tisha Schuller welcomes John Dabbar, managing director of low carbon technologies at ConocoPhillips, to the Energy Thinks podcast.
