Tisha Schuller welcomes Ruy Teixeira, nonresident senior fellow at American Enterprise Institute (AEI) to the Energy Thinks podcast. He holds a PhD and MS in sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His dissertation on declining voter turnout was published as Why Americans Don’t Vote: Turnout Decline in the United States, 1960–1984 . His BA is from the University of Michigan.
