Meet Joshua Reed. His unstoppable energy, deep passion for helping as many individuals reach their fitness goals and his client-centered teaching style have made him a successful personal trainer both in person and online. His style of training and approach stems from over ten years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. His experience has led him into an interest in running mechanics and injury prevention amongst the running community. He has competed in races such as the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships, several Ultramarathons, and over 10+ Full-Marathons.
