Music, guitars, and the early history of my musical background. This wasn’t intended to be the topic of this episode, but it was sparked by a recent post about my new project, Signature Guitars by SrVerde! I have so many fond memories around these topics and can’t wait to share them with you. From growing up and watching my mother perform her country tunes with a full band, to being involved in a few small town bands myself, music has been a huge part of my story. It moves me, and has as far back as I can remember. And now that I’m able to play in this space as a business, I can’t wait to see where it takes me over the years to come. Aside from this, I do drop some “CEO Life Challenges” and how I cope and or adapt to run my organization and lead my team. As it grows and tings go wrong, I have specific ways of dealing with a variety of issues and go into detail about how I react when things go wrong. I hope you can sit back back and enjoy this one as much as I did. Cheers!…
Real Estate: How did I get started? What do I do everyday? What is my opinion on “flipping”? How would I advise you to get involved in real estate? All of these questions and more will be answered inside this latest episode. My co-host gets down to business right away with his curiosity about how I got started and what it is that I actually do on a day to day basis. I walk him through the early days of how I overcame those early challenges and how I navigated the last 20 years. I hope this episode not only brings you value but sparks conversation that you might reach out to us for deeper insight.…

Wow! I’m super excited about this latest podcast. Not only is it short and sweet, but it’s full of good stuff too! Of course we begin by goofing off and making a few jokes, but quickly segue into a rant about how NOT to enjoy a movie. Once we get on topic, we discuss a recent Tweet of mine, where I stated “Give yourself the permission to explore your passion” and find out that our host has done a good job of this lately, especially since his recent career altering news. We briefly dive into how “not to blow” your audition, and how to react when someone else forces you to chase your dreams. Yep, that’s a real thing…you’ll see. You know by now that when we get do get on something that strikes a nerve, it’s gonna be good. There is one specific piece of this exchange that reeky gets me excited: Sometimes your external circumstances will causes you to launch. Which simply means, that if you don’t get busy doing what you need to do, in order to pursue your dreams, often times outside influences will make it happen for you…and that’s not always a good thing. To wrap it up, I want you to know that this process isn’t for everyone, but if you’re restless and or unhappy, you just don’t have a choice! If this is the case for you, then be sure you have multiple options when you do finally start the process.…
One day you walk into work, and “boom” the manager comes in and delivers the news “we appreciate your efforts to this company, but unfortunately, we’re going to have to send you home.” Wow! Definitely unexpected, but as the story unfolds, we explore all the good that can come out of a forced career change, and how one can make it through a hit like this and come out on the other side feeling positive about it! As we get into the story, we Identify and agree that goofing off a little and focusing on ones self in these types of situations is good, but only for a short time. You’ve got to get right back to cultivating and executing a new plan, that will take you into the next phase feeling in control of things. There is actually so much good that can come out of this type of experience, if you’ll only keep your head up, eyes forward and look for it. Lastly, we have a good laugh centered around a couple of in-house produced meme’s, so I hope you enjoy this little funny moment.…
In this episode, it’s all about the “Results of Motivation.” After we came off Episode #010 - Health and Wellness, discussing my personal fitness goals and other areas of interest, there was a lot of motivation flowing and the results are in! Aside from a bombshell being dropped in the first 30 seconds, we cover a lot of ground, starting with a quick recap of the last few sessions and quickly moving into how results were achieved and what that looked like from many different angles. I’m so excited and motivated to continue bringing you these podcast sessions and thank you so much for following along and listening!…
Are you interested in obtaining a better health and wellness regimen? Inside this episode we celebrate a few “wins” for our host and continue the conversation about how our previous discussion revolving around motivation paid immediate dividends for him. Another cool factor of this episode is a quick outline of our time in Austin, TX at an event hosted by Onnit, with special guests Aubrey Marcus, IN-Q and Gary Vee! Enjoy listening as I announce that I’m launching my 1st ever “Sr. Verde Slim Down”. This includes what I’m eating, how I plan and a little history of how I’ve done the up and down weight thing, with longevity, aging and biomechanics at the core of my strategy. I hope you gain a little more insight into how I execute on things, especially when it comes to my overall health.…

Mentors. Are you looking for one? Are you thinking about being one to someone else? It’s not as hard as you might think to get involved in this type of personal growth. In this episode I’m happy to outline some simple strategies on how to find, and or be a mentor. It’s really not that big of a deal to find one. “Look for that person that is the closest version of your future self.” -Sr. Verde Ask them if they’re interested in meeting with you, to discuss the specifics of how they have excelled, at whatever it is that seems to be aligned with your vision. Wow, what a concept. “The number one mistake people make in life, let alone business, is that they answer no for the other party, without asking the question.” -Gary V. If this is you, and you’re looking for the ideal mentor, just ASK! If you’re an individual who wants to mentor someone you see potential in, just ASK! I want nothing more than the best life for you and everyone who’s listening and watching these simple truths that I’m putting out there! I appreciate your time and attention more than you know. My team will do their best to reconnect with you and set up a one-on-one phone call that might end up on this very podcast! Go. Do. Be you! -Sr. Verde…
Ok guys, this one is a tad bit longer than normal, but please stay with it! We talk about DEBT…the #1 killer to the growth and health of your endeavors. As the questions start to flow, I begin talking about how you can pay off credit card debt, to ultimately make those large ticket item purchases we all have to have. You’ll hear my thoughts on emergency fund strength, doing the little things to make real measurable progress and college debt. I go pretty deep into outlining what a budget can and should look like. How to defer your gratification, and or build-in all of those vices that we all seem to have, and need. I want you to see that it doesn’t have to be a scary thing, but instead, it’s a living document we can all be happy with once we experience the freedom inside the structure of implementing one for our finances. Listen closely as I give you a sneak peek into my debt free “origin story” and how, even though I’m not 100% there yet, this mindset is at the forefront of every decision that I make, both personally and in business. Last thing, Mr. Whitley agrees to a challenge…this is gonna be good! You’ll get to follow along over the next several months (or however long it takes) as he embarks on his journey to pay off debt and finally be FREE from its chains! It doesn’t matter where you are along the path of life's journey. When it comes to dealing with debt, there's something in this episode for everyone!…
I am so grateful that you’ve found your way to this episode and truly believe it has quality insight into how I operate my businesses, and what I do when an idea pops into my head! We start out with a quick and fun conversation about “flipping channels” and how that is reflective of how our host sees his life (at least how he sees it today). We follow that by delving into the possible insanity of idea creation, challenges of selecting an idea to “just start” and setting goals using the S.M.A.R.T. methodology, around any new idea. Additionally, we touch on the most important (at least to me) reason to pursue any business, personal venture or endeavor…WHY? This fundamental litmus test clears the unending barrage of scattered thoughts and allows me to focus on the intent behind everything that I do. Lastly, I introduce one of my company’s backstory, by revealing the meaning behind the name, logo and brief history of myself and my partners relationship. As well as how one former mentor shaped my outlook and reverence for hard work, and never giving up on your aspirations!…
I am so excited to bring you this latest episode! We talk about one of the most crucial things to overcome as an individual and within an organization, EXCUSES! There is no doubt that these seemingly little issues are toxic to one’s growth as an individual, but they hold the potential to literally shut down a company or organization if allowed to run free, without learning to overcome them and move past their often crippling effects. Additionally, we touch on the pitfalls of being #1 inside an organization, growing too fast, and overcommitting/underperforming (one I struggled with for many years). As always, thank you for coming along for the ride as we discuss these critical items and bring them to you continually!…
Well, it’s Valentines Day and after we are done cutting up about our gift buying failures, we go deep in this episode about my best and worst “bosses” and dive into connecting the dots from literally picking up aluminum cans, to being CEO of multiple organizations! We cover the topic of being “Hungry, Humble and Smart”, and how vunerability and humility are necessary attributes of a good leader, and the success of any individual or company. Come along for the ride as we laugh about all these things and bring you the most value possible while having fun and furthering our design of the mentoring process.…
I am so excited to finally be launching this podcast on all channels today, after so many months of planning and execution! In this episode “ #ETIKPodcast 001: an Introduction” we go a little into who we are as a personality and host, and cover several topics such as: Why execute and how? Influence through knowledge. And Giving, which is why we do everything that we do. This mentor-mentee exchange is meant to provoke conversations about how to become the person you want to be, in business and life, and how I (S.E. Greene a.k.a. SrVerde ) navigated through my 20’s, 30’s and now through what’s playing out and presenting itself so far in my mid-40’s. I want to thank my team for all they are doing in the background to make this look way more awesome than it real is, and trusting me to guide them on their path of entrepreneurship as well.…
