Goal is not nothing but focusing in one direction. Every goal is identified as a short term goal and long term goal. How to achieve the goal, first break up the goal into multiple steps. Then, put a number order sequence on the steps. When you finish each task that is on each step you reach, consider that as you are in the process of achieving the goal. Set a Small Goal, first. We have a lot of tasks to do in a day and in the past we must have experienced that the most important task is not yet finished when we see on our to-do checklist at the end of the day. Best way to finish all the tasks is prioritize all the list out tasks in 3 ways. First one is the most important task that is related to our jobs, personal well being, health, that is according to you which one is the most important task. Second one is an important task and it only needs a small amount of time and energy and it ofcourse have manageable one to complete such small improvement on your flaws, any small event to attend and so on. And last one is needed for a very less amount of time or we spend very little time for this entire day like emails send & replies, all text messages you through digital platforms, respond to phone calls and so on.
