In today’s show, we interview special guest Brandon Voss of the Black Swan Group. Brandon is an expert trainer, coach, and thought leader serving as president of the Black Swan Group. Starting his entrepreneurial spirit at a young age detailing yachts at 14, Brandon gained diversity of experience eventually adapting the FBI’s hostage negotiation techniques to the business world. Brandon has served as guest lecturer at places such as the USC Marshall School of Business and Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business. He joins the show today to discuss the power of negotiation respective to dealing with clients in the home. Brandon details how tactical empathy employed properly can be the difference between a great deal and a great failure.
