Suffering: Why do Christians struggle to accept that suffering is part of the normal Christian life? Death: Death is a breaking process in us as we die to our own desires and allow Christ to be formed in us. The Christian life is an exchange - you die to your old life in order for a newness of life (Christ’s life) to take hold of you.
