Otis Grigsby spent several years in the NFL, but his journey was not as easy as one may think. He had to learn how to "take food off the table of his teammates" and continuously fight for a spot on the active roster. Otis shares his story from his days in the NFL up to today as he works as a lawyer recruiter. Tune in to hear his story, tips on how to stay fit, and how he gets involved in the community!
