Orchid, a prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor shares 5 steps for good mental health after the baby is born.

  1. Have I taken a shower?
  2. Have I eaten?
  3. Am I sleeping?
  4. Am I exercising?
  5. Have I called a friend?

She also shares other tips for new moms to help them adjust.
