God speaks to us in many ways. Yet Negin never heard Him speak with her. As a young Muslim girl, growing up in refugee camps and makeshift housing, she suffered unimaginable trauma and abuse. She prayed fervently and was desperate for a word. Yet none came, leaving her feeling even more alone and conflicted.
