About the Guest – Garry Browne
Driven by a personal curiosity about how human behaviour in the workplace impacts performance, Garry is Head of Learning and Development at Nestle UK&I. His research as part of an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School focussed on inclusive leadership, psychological safety and how perceived difference affects individual and team performance. The learnings from this research are now being applied in his work helping leaders develop the skills to lead in more inclusive ways, creating environments where diverse groups of people can thrive, be their best selves and maximize performance.
