In the episode, we explore the idea that progress requires the courage to step outside our comfort zones and venture into the unknown. We discuss the fear of leaving behind what is familiar and the anxieties that arise when facing new challenges. But as we learn, having the courage to embrace change is essential for our development and success. I share an insightful quote: "Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore." We discuss the significance of this quote, relating it to our own journeys of growth and progression. We identify the shore as the place of comfort and familiarity, while the ocean represents the new opportunities and aspirations that lie ahead. I encourage you all to consider what this quote means for you personally. What is your "ocean" that you strive towards? What "shore" are you currently on? And most importantly, what courageous steps will you take to move closer to your desired progression? Let me know your thoughts!
