Dr. Jeff Hilovsky has had several careers. Foremost, he is husband to wife Marcia for nearly 44 years, father of three grown successful children, and grandfather to six wonderful grandchildren. He is a retired optometrist of 39 years who owned a multilocation practice in Sussex County for over 23 years, a retired Colonel, and Medical Commander for the 512 AW at Dover Air Force Base, retired industry consultant for over 20 years, and now serves the residents of the 4th District in the Delaware House of Representatives. He has introduced multiple pieces of legislation: financial literacy for all high school students in Delaware, veterans’ issues, and public safety legislation.
Mark Olazagasti is a life-long Delawarean, father of two adult children, and retired in April 2022 from Info Solutions LLC, the company he co-founded in 2008. Though his career has spanned the financial services and IT industries, Olazagasti's passion is financial literacy and in 2015 he founded the non-profit, YourMoney101.org. The organization advocates for financial literacy and educates and mentors adults, helping them to increase their knowledge of personal finance and improve their overall financial wellness.
