- Discuss other early 2000's reality shows like Trading Spaces, What Not to Wear, Made, Beauty and the Geek, Tool Acadamy. Sometimes the makeover needed to be in your heart or one room of your house.
- Leslie gets Ramelle fired up about littering.
- Go on a weird rant about hot yoga and the time Leslie tricked a bunch of boy scouts to jump in freezing cold water in Arkansas.
- We support anyone making their own choices for your own bodies, we just want to make sure you're taking care of your mentals too. No need to be changing your face is if all you needed was a good workout, a night out with the ladies, some romance, or some time alone to appreciate yourself.
