I recently got back from a three day meditation retreat with Thomas McConkie. It was phenomenal. If you don't know who Thomas McConkie is I will tell you. He's an expert in the art of meditation. He has a podcast with free guided meditations that you can check out here. I cannot reccommend his work more. He makes meditation doable, even for a busy mom.
