I recently got back from a three day meditation retreat with Thomas McConkie. It was phenomenal. If you don't know who Thomas McConkie is I will tell you. He's an expert in the art of meditation. He has a podcast with free guided meditations that you can check out here. I cannot reccommend his work more. He makes meditation doable, even for a busy mom.

Today I want to share the key ideas that have since helped me be more present in my own life. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Listen to hear how meditation and breathing can help you lose weight today.
