Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear. I’m Fred Fishkin. It’s that time of year. New iPhones, Apple Watches and AirPods are on the way. So what’s the big news? The new Apple Watch Series 10 devices will have bigger screens…about 30 percent bigger.. but will be thinner. They’ll also be able to detect sleep apnea. That feature is awaiting FDA clearance. P{ricing starts at about 400 dollars….but look for carrier deals. On the AirPods front…the new generation brings new features too. The basic AirPods at 129 dollars ….add ANC and the cost is fifty dollars more. Then there are the new Airpods Pro 2…that can not only test your hearing…they can serve as over the counter hearing assistance device too. Again, pending FDA clearance. We’ll have more on the new iPhones in our next report.
