Yes, it's Podcast 11 and nearly xmas! What a month and what a year - Lauren and Nick discuss what they've been up to in December, review some Australian art and discuss the virtues of asking for help with your work and in life. They also sit down with the intelligent and inspiring Helen Duncan, dancer, director and choreographer. She runs the lovely Creative Behaviours studio in West Melbourne, works with regional youth to provide artistic opportunities and believes that no matter how talented you are you still need to be prepared to work hard. She talks about the growing up on the land, the dance community in Australia and her journey of discovery to take her to a place where she feels like 'a legitimate artist'. This podcast is jam-packed with end-of-year storytelling food for the soul. We hope you have made it safely and happily to the end of 2014 and we will be back with more stories in the New Year. Happy listening!Much love, Lauren & Nick
