Russ Ramsland is a Republican who is running for the 32nd congressional district in Texas. Russ grew up in Midland, TX, graduated from Duke and Harvard (MBA), worked on Capital Hill for Congressman George Mahon, and owned and operated the legendary Texas Embassy Cantina restaurant in London, England (where he hosted celebrities such as Sir Paul McCartney, Kenny Rogers and Willie Nelson). Russ talks openly about why he decided to run for Congress, what it's like running a congressional campaign, his position on important issues facing the country (national debt, Obamacare, term limits, immigration and national security), and why he would do a better job in Congress than Pete Sessions, the current incumbent.
