About the Guest: John Richard Phillips Jr. is a businessman, mechanic, writer, activist, and Libertarian Candidate for Vice-President of the United States. Phillips has owned, operated and managed businesses in a variety of fields including auto repair, transportation, hospitality, and IT. He is currently the owner and operator of a gas station and auto repair facility in central Illinois. John worked his way to the top while earning a reputation for integrity, quality work, and customer service in each endeavor. He founded his county chapter of the Libertarian Party of Illinois and helped co-found others.
