Welcome to the 40th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Gabriel Serban Chinole, MCC from Romania. Serban is a Master Certified Coach, an Entrepreneur, and passionately works with Team Leaders and New Leaders, to help them with the right support in today's changing environment. The end of 2020 brought an imperious need for leaders to close some gaps in capability building – applying new skills in the VUCA context, linking re-skilling priorities to business outcomes, or becoming experts themselves in the new role as a facilitator/coach. He has implemented major executive coaching projects for Marshall Goldsmith Partners CEE in Romania and has been an experienced facilitator developing and transforming leaders from Fortune 100 companies.
