We share and promote ideas to advance character-based leadership, or leading from "who you are" rather than your position in the organization. Our community helps energize motivated people to make a positive difference in their sphere of influence, at home, or in the workplace.
You can be equipped and energized to exercise leadership and influence because of who you are. Your character matters to your family, friends and co-workers. Be a person of character and focus on others and you will have a positive, long-lasting impact in the lives of others.
