Alex talks to Kathy Caton about the founding of Brighton Gin, Brighton's first gin distillery. We discussed the highs and lows of running a business, the fantastic and diverse team, how to create a properly inclusive environment. As well as Kathy's rol as a leading voice in the LGBTQ+ community through her work in the Brighton community and also as through her own show on the BBC.

She was recently named by Drinks Retailing News as one of the Most Influential People in the drinks trade, and is a director of the Gin Guild.
