As a woman who is smack dab in the throws of middle age, who some may say is entering a mid-life crisis and if I am, I have so many things on my mind that I want to share. With so much of our lives being wrapped up in others, for some it could be taking care of elderly parents, raising your family, building and maintaining intimate relations with your partner, moving up in your career or growing your business.
