Puffers (or inhalers) can help your lungs and make breathing easier. Many people however don't use them well or have trouble finding ones that work for them. In this episode we talk with John. John has had COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) for decades but still hasn't found the puffers that are right for him.
