We talk about what it is, why it's important, and how employers and supported employment service providers can get involved.

On today’s episode we feature Mary Beshai, who serves as Director of MentorAbility Canada at the Canadian Association for Supported Employment, and Ashley Hammond, who serves with Avalon Employment and leads the MentorAbility Canada initiative for Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island.
