Dr. Matt Daniels is the Distinguished University Professor of Law, Political Science and Human Rights at Anderson University. He is a human rights and counter-terrorism expert who has developed a network of online human rights education portals focused on reaching audiences at risk of being recruited by violent extremist groups.
