Don’t assume that you can’t buy a house just because your Credit Score is low or because you have no money saved for Down Payment. Nowadays it is NOT necessary to have 780 to 800 Credit Score to buy a house (560 could be good enough). Also, there are loans that allow you to put down as low as 3% or even 0% with a Credit Score under 700. Call me today because you may be closer to your dream home than you think.
