Today, two short stories from two instructors of our team: Francesco Cereda and Carlo Novati, they are going to reveal how they became instructors … whilst busy in their career of pilots and commanders. More than 15.000 hours of flight Francesco and more than 12.000 hours of flight Carlo. But, within the team of instructors at Aero Club Como, we definitely would like to mention a few names, the pillars of our Flying School: Francesco Cereda, Renato Carnabuci, Marco De Vitis, Gabriele Ermecini, Carlo Novati, Luca Arienti, Piermario Lovisolo, Matteo Francone, Paolo Cavenago and others, who often come to join them. Many of them are Airline Pilots and fly all over the world. They have charisma, the charm that fascinates both female and male students. They are our guardian angels, every day there, to support our training, to give us answers, in real time, to explain how they learnt and how we could learn in a better and in an easier way. They are there, never tired, always to motivate or help us in overcoming emotions, problems, uncertainties, doubts, even when our nerves break. They keep our secrets and guide and monitor, day by day, our progresses. Aero Club Como Web-Radio
