This week we are welcoming into our space someone who is not only a powerhouse in her industry but she is leading other women to be powerhouses in their lives, Transformational Life Coach, Sommer Prichard.
Sommer is a native Texan whose passion for her community drives her to connect with and support those in need, know that they are not alone, they are not crazy and they are worthy of healing.
Sommer is a Certified Narcissist Abuse Specialist, Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, and Brainspotting Practitioner who has transformed her life experiences into a purpose to help others. For over a decade she faced Narcissistic Abuse, Psychological abuse, Trauma Bond, Complex Trauma, PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. In the depths of despair, feeling lost and alone, and unworthy. Sommer realized she needed help to break free from the cycle and that her health could not take anymore extreme highs and lows and “staying for the family" was causing more damage.
Sommer became her own advocate by starting her own journey in reclaiming her mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and financial health. Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing, Sommer pursued and earned in-depth
qualifications in her fields. Currently, she is studying for her Level 7 coaching qualification, equivalent to a master’s degree, and pursuing her Positive Psychology Practitioner certification.
Her personal experiences have given her a unique perspective and a deep empathy for those going through similar trauma.
Sommer’s mission is to support others in overcoming their pain and guiding them to reclaim control of their lives. She understands the daunting nature of the dynamics of narcissistic abuse.
