Sadia Salam, a former lawyer, worked a busy, rigid schedule while also juggling motherhood, marriage, and her own self-development. Now an inclusion facilitator for women of color dealing with workplace issues, Sadia believes in working from a place of satisfaction, at a pace one can actually digest! In this episode, she delves into how to elegantly navigate toxic workplace situations, from unfair leaders to gender discrimination. Sadia also discusses the constructs of xenophobia and racism, as well as her suggestions for revamping the entire United Kingdom system.
