One of the biggest challenges we all can face, as we approach the end of Lent, is to embrace the act of forgiveness.
For us to get our SALT back and live a life of abundance in all five areas of life -body, mind, finances, family, and community-, we need to learn to forgive ourselves for all the unspoken burdens we carry around.
This is why in this podcast episode we talk about the importance of forgiving oneself first to be able to embrace the present and the bright future we have in front of us.
