While the whole world does not speak English, it’s nevertheless a ubiquitous language worldwide. Is that a good thing or bad? Or is it, perhaps, more complicated than that? Professor Rosemary Salomone, both linguist and lawyer, knows how to answer this question perhaps better than anyone.
