Sourdough baking is a major trend at home in 2020, as we find all ways to get back to basics while spending more time at home. In this episode of At Home with Lauren Keenan we speak with two people that have upskilled during lockdown by learning to make their own bread at home. Food Blogger Jenny Wong from See.Taste.Do. and baking enthusiast Tracey Kirby tell us about how they got started and how rewarding it is when they pull a fresh loaf of sourdough out of the oven. They learned online, in their own kitchens, in classes run by food writer, editor and author and the founder of Bake Club Australia Anneka Manning. Here are the links for Lauren's Lovely List recommendations in this episode: Try the Teakwood and Tobacco candle by PF Candle Co, listen to the podcast Second Life, and check out @tanksgoodnews on Instagram for when you need a reminder about how good people can be. Thanks for listening to At Home with Lauren Keenan, your authority on home, lifestyle and interior design. Get in touch if you have a topic you want us to talk about on the podcast. Same goes if you want to hire Lauren to help create your perfect home. Follow Lauren on Instagram @laurenkeenanhome and check out Lauren's work at laurenkeenan.com.au.
