Research quests battle another trainer 5 mega Energy The question is What energy? This may be feasible if it give 5 for each type so 15 total gained but it would require 10 for the research to evolve after your first

you will technically have 10 chances for free so it should be done by the first few days since there is gonna be an increase in friendship damage and the amount of Raids available.

Spawns increased this week are Abra, Magnemite, Exeggcute, Rhyhorn, Tangela, Electabuzz, Omanyte, Aerodactyl, Murkrow, Treecko, Torchic, Lotad, and Roselia.
Lotad May be spawning without rain this week but it’s the if you’re lucky Shiny pokemon.
