Allow Jill to gift you with a crowd favorite!
Her annual end of year ritual that will help you
1) tie up the loose ends of 2023
2) remember the wins and anchor them in
3) cut ties with the perceived losses or all you didn't check off your list
4) walk into the new year without attachment to the previous year or pressure to make the new year better than the last
All while bringing gratitude and appreciation as magnets for what you'll call in.
This will be like walking into a brand new home with clean white socks instead of falling through the roof, covered in dust and dirt. YOU WILL LOVE IT.

[1:40] - Jill loves to close out the year with heart and intention so you can be in a space to call in the new year.
[3:01] - Take and tweak Jill’s ritual for the end of the year and make it all for you.
[3:37] - The first step is to look through every single photo on your phone that you took in 2023. Every single one.
[5:13] - Set up a space and take cleansing breaths.
[8:03] - Observe how your body feels.
[9:26] - Now go back and look through the photos on your phone. You will see them differently. Write down what looks significant to you.
[10:09] - Jill reads through the list she made of all the things that were significant to her in 2023.
[13:45] - Categorize your list by “Learned,” “Let Go,” and “Anchor.”
[14:47] - Journal about each category.
[15:54] - The next step is to either burn this list or rip it up.
[18:06] - Picture your list and let your body move.
[19:52] - If you selected words for the year, think back and notice when in your year they showed up.
[23:18] - No matter what storm you are in, we can close this year and call a new one in.
[24:15] - Painful lessons are not punishment. Give yourself grace and lean into what you’re feeling.
