Alan Austin Smith began his career working at Sassoons, Bond Street, his effort moved him quickly through the ranks and onto becoming a Business Education Manager for L’Oreal. Seven years on (and thirty years ago) he started a solo journey creating what has become one of the leading business education companies in the salon industry - with a client list including giants such as Toni & Guy, Wella and Trevor Sorbie.
