This week we are starting out our Fall series through the book of James. I am genuinely excited to unpack this little Epistle with you! James is a book about putting your faith into practice. James doesn't struggle with application, in fact, this book likely has more in common with the book of Proverbs than other New Testament letters. It's not that James ignores doctrine, but that he earnestly desires that what we know about God impacts how we live for God. James is a pastor and we will see as we unpack this book that it is his heart to shepherd us toward godly living. I am excited to see how this little book transforms me and our church community for God's glory!
