American Refugee Live From Sky Tower

American Refugee Part 1: Waking Up

Head feels like a ton of bricks,

Trying to retrace my mis-stepped steps,

Where have I awoken,

What country am I in,

Who was that girl last night,

Why did I choose to go through it again,

When will I finally say enough is enough,

Enough is enough,

Why does the poison taste like medicine,

I love everything that hates me,

Alcohol and cigarettes,

Promiscuous girls wanna date me,

But only for a night and then a day of regrets,

Eating sushi,

In the center at the top of the pyramid,

This is the life,

Point blank period,

Hamachi ahi,

Uni unagi,

We eat everything,

Up until the last big fish in all the 7 seas,

7 seas 7 sins at the table gambling’,

Wash it all down with all green everything,

Green dollars green grass green eyes green tea,

From poor to rich tables turn lights switch look how the pendulum swings,

It's 113 degrees here in Sin City,

Can we at least admit that something's wrong,

The mass media is an encyclopedia of trivial distractions,

Same old dance and song,

Who cares about a couple of convicts or the size of Lebron's d!ck,

We're all lost at sea and can't see the coming storm,

A night was had dancing music flirting new friends,

We're all in it together a glorious moment with people from all over the world,

We were on top of the world,

Surfin on a rocket on cloud 9 with some fine felines,

Bumping beats with a pocket full of sunshine,

Flashing lights and flashy ladies,

Drinks on me,

No, literally, "drink's on me.”.

American Refugee Part 2: Top of The Pyramid

Eating sushi in the center at the top of the pyramid,

This is the life point blank pyramid,

Built on the back of high hopes and low self esteem,

Where every game is fixed and sits upon a million broken dreams,

See,

I've seen a man lose everything due to his greed,

In the passionate pursuit of his wants,

He seemed to have lost all his necessary needs,

See,

This is Vegas baby,

Where bad things seem good,

And good things seem shady,

Though luckily,

I've mastered the art of the sin,

So I rarely play,

And when I do I play to win,

Loaded dice cards up my sleeve,

I know the dealer plus I paid off the magician,

For I am one of those that made it,

To the top of the pyramid,

So now I sit in a penthouse suite with a sweet freak between my sheets at the Luxor,

I told you before this is the life point blank pyramid,

Hahahahaha,

Head feels like a ton of bricks,

Trying to retrace my mis-stepped steps,

California draught Texas floods,

Possessive lust disguised as love,

Disgusted but what can any of us do about it,

The truth is we've got to stop talking and be about it,

And that is the fundamental problem,

Plus Luciferian false prophets profess hedonistic linguistics,

On various obsolete topics,

As artificial mystics with marketable gimmicks,

Break the rules and the lines of scrimmage,

This is serious in all seriousness,

Still we try to ignore it all and fill in the hole with alcohol and other various intoxicants,

That is the elephant in the room,

We are all consumers consumed,

We are slaves that dig our own graves,

And build our own tombs,

We can Tivo a TV show and that can be saved,

But we can not seem to save our own souls,

My heart has some holes,

No clouds in LA just that ominous haze,

113 degrees in the shade,

As the Luciferian prophets are praised,

And we don't care about the world as long as we're getting paid,

Only when the last tree has died,

The last river has been poisoned,

And the last fish has been caught,

Will we realize we can't eat money,

And we know all of this deep within ourselves,

That's why we feel uneasy and anxious,

Because we have no one left to blame but ourselves,

So we log onto Facebook,

Searching for some kind of company and salvation,

Some words to guide us and pass the time,

Some voyeuristic advice and definitive direction,

But the revolution won't be televised,

Online on the internet what do we really find,

Just words and some pictures,

Humankind homogenized,

And infidel idols idolized,

While copycat killers copyright what was one ritualized,

And what's left of Mother Nature becomes industrialized,

Hot as Hell still the temperature continues to rise,

It's 113 degrees here in Sin City,

Can we at least admit that something's wrong,

The mass media is an encyclopedia of trivial distractions,

Same old dance and song,

Head feels like a ton of bricks,

Trying to retrace my mis-stepped steps,

Head feels like a ton of bricks,

Trying to retrace my mis-stepped steps!,

Will anyone go with me?.

American Refugee Part 3: Exodus

I came to this country to escape Hollywood,

Where I was trapped in its trapped trappings,

Trapped in its clubs,

Trapped in its women,

Trapped in its drugs,

Trapped in its cliches,

So why is it I find myself on the other side of the world,

At a club with some women on drugs trapped in the same cliches?

Same sh!t different country,

I guess you can take boy outta LA,

But you can’t take the LA outta the boy,

I am the world’s first American refugee,

Except I didn’t come on a boat in ragged clothes clinging to my body,

And ragged hopes clinging to my psyche,

I came on a plane in a 1st class seat,

Dining on offering of a corporate world wide empire,

But it is not the means of a movement,

It is the intentions behind the actions that matter,

And I came with the intentions to create a healthier life,

A cleaner life,

A better future for myself and all those that I love,

I am an American Refugee,

I am an American Refugee,

Fleeing the subconscious oppressions of my country,

Fleeing the persecutions of all things I hold holy and sacred,

I am tired of witnessing the spiritual martyr of my failing comrades,

I am an American Refugee more specifically a Hollywood refugee,

Fleeing the bright lights and large egos,

Searching for solace and refuge,

Amongst the towering rainforest trees of New Zealand.

American Refugee Part 4: Love Sex Magic

As I soak my bruised bones and my blood diamonds,

In a bubble bath of passionfruit and guava,

This is no joke I exude the good life without even trying,

My karma mixed with my commas brought me to Nirvana,

No Kurt Cobain,

Just hurt and pain mixed up with this money made me a monster,

No Meek Mills or weak wills,

Just a Student from School of Hard Knocks who graduated with honors,

Somehow,

So now I’m swimming in endorphins with a princess no tiara,

No tomorrow no time to borrow,

And I bet we’re gonna make Love Sex Magic no Future or Ciara,

That’s a pop reference if you didn’t get it,

Yeah Future Ciara I Bet Love Sex Magic trick or treat,

See there’s a ton of puns,

And subliminals in almost every line I write,

Sometimes the sublime subliminals are so subtle,

That I don’t even catch them they escape no alibis,

Copycat killers can imitate but never copyright,

They’re just imitation fillers while my literature stays genuine,

All illegitimate posers attempts at insight,

Pale in comparison to my my legitimate ledgers in time,

I’m often imitated but never duplicated,

I’m the word of God plus what Satan said,

This is the balance of extremes,

Forearms tattooed with pitchforks back tattooed with angel wings,

This is what happens when fashion meets passion,

This is the combination of everything and everything,

This is it this is all,

I am infinitely everything,

So why,

So why,

Why would I subject myself,

To the same oppressions I’ve attempted to flee from?

Justin Bieber echoes across the dance floor,

“Yeah is it too late to say I’m sorry now,

Yeah I know I let you down,

Is it too late to say I’m sorry now?”,

And as cliche and cheesy as that sounds,

I get the chills because I know exactly what he was talking about,

And I wondered if anyone else in that club was an American Refugee,

I wondered if anyone else in that club knew what Biebs was saying,

Or if they were just dancing because of the beat,

And they were just seeing along,

Because they thought that’s what they were supposed to do,

Because most people have to be told what’s cool,

And force-fed that coolness until they have too many pairs of shoes,

No amount of shoes will bring you real happiness,

And honestly I apologize,

We Hollywoodians were put in a position to lead the Free World,

And everyone listened to us, you all listened to us,

You gave us your ears and your hearts your souls and your minds,

And we gave you improbable dreams,

And glorious visions,

Of an unsustainable lifestyle that you’ll go broke trying to duplicate,

When will you realize,

You can chase but never catch something that doesn’t really exist?

And I’m sorry,

But I give up I’m done because,

“Yeah I know once more that I let you down,

Is it too late to say I’m sorry now?”,

Whatever this thing is I believe it’s still here,

It’s watching us right now…

And I meditate on all of this,

Right here at this restaurant as they stare,

An American Dream living legend,

In a never-ending nefarious nightmare,

Eating sushi,

In the center at the top of the pyramid,

I told you before this is the life,

Point, blank, pyramid.

American Refugee Part 5: Tripping In Meditations

You can’t put a price on freedom we are all broken,

Spending money like it’s time tripping through this reality,

No structures no rules no definites except that we all die,

And even that is debatable,

Anyone can argue anything,

Right or wrong there is no right or wrong,

Right or wrong there is no black or white,

There is only an area of gray grander than the most grandiose Gray Whale,

Give me your pain,

A Skinwalker a shapeshifter a sorcerer an evil witch,

Control men’s minds and make them do all kinds of things,

It uh assumes the shape of animals,

Puts on the skins and it has the power of those animals,

And it’s very serious stuff,

Because if you mention a Skinwalker it comes for you,

Give me your pain,

Granted in g-forces,

Crash me into you,

Crash landing no demanding no requesting no 1st no 2nd guessing,

No needing no freedom,

You can’t put a price on freedom you can’t put a price on me,

And if you could you would find that that price would be totally free,

Forget you,

Forget me not,

Forget forgetting you,

Remember you,

Until forever turns into just memories,

Until our bodies turn to dust,

Until all that seems so artificially important,

Becomes insignificant relics of a distant past,

Past,

Pass that over here whatever it is,

Tonight there are no rules,

There are no borders there are no limits there is only freedom,

Uggh,

Can’t put a price on freedom,

We are all broken,

Spending money like it’s time,

Tripping through this reality,

Take this trip with me,

Take this trip with me,

Take this trip with me,

Take this trip with me…

American Refugee Part 6: Lonely Tornado

She is,

She is,

A natural phenomenon a beautiful creation,

She is all journey with no destination,

She is,

As unique as a snowflake as destructive as a snow storm,

She is floods she is earthquakes,

She is everything except norm,

She is,

A natural disaster a lonely tornado,

All defiance no alliance,

A rogue state no NATO,

She is,

A wildfire a wildfire doesn’t ask for directions,

She’s a real live wire,

A lucid dream a livid loose cannon,

She pulls no punches and bars no holds,

She acts on hunches and is always on the go,

An amazing blaze in incredible ways,

She is Dante’s Inferno,

An altruistic angel and The Statue of Liberty’s flame,

Sure she is a woman too but that is only by name,

She is The Truth,

Even when she is a Liar,

She is the epitome of the embodiment of,

A constructive destructive desire,

She is,

The message and the bottle the ocean and the storm,

She is the function,

And she is the form,

A style all her won,

She doesn’t even follow her own trends,

She is the most beautiful tale ever written,

She is the beginning of a mysterious plot she is the story that never ends,

She falls in love and out,

Any inhibitions she releases them,

She is the apple of my eye, she is the forbidden fruit,

And when she comes she comes to fruition,

She is not led astray by anybody,

She listens only to her own intuitions,

She’s is the Kama she is the Sutra,

And she is all the positions,

She is childlike cat like curiosity,

And ancient timeless wisdom,

When with her,

I feel love and trust,

I feel...
