Ken pays tribute to the late Dick Gallagher and discusses his experiences as a coach from the modified level through varsity, as an administrator, working as Section Chairman, and most importantly the role football has played in his own family with both of his sons now being coaches themselves. Ken gives great advice and insight to what it takes to create balance.
