Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? I look ahead. At night I sleep better knowing what I’m going to be doing the next day. Sleep is the foundation for everything, it affects everything so I know I need to make my bedtime.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? If I’ve noticed what I’ve done during the day. Being present because I want to remember that I’ve done it and I want to feel its significance.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? Making sure that I’m working within my values.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? That I fulfill my role authentically. You deserve to be here, they have pulled you into this because they want you. You want me to do this, that really means you want me to do this.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? It’s gotta be a balance. When to turn on and off your computer and understanding boundaries.
