Sri Annamacharya is a saint who had begun his spiritual journey at a young age. After hearing a group of bhaktas chanting, "Govinda! Govinda!", the young saint began composing poems that praised the Lord. Through out his life, Sri Annamacharya kept composing songs and his devotion and status became known to the world as he was fully surrendered to the Divine. The story of Sri Annamacharya is taken from the book “Great Saints of South India” by author Sri Ravinuthala Sreeramulu. It is our hope that his life and teachings can be a guide for your daily life.
