In today's episode, we pick up the conversation surrounding trauma and how it affects how we approach relationships as well as parenting and friendship. Not everyone experiences trauma, and for those that do it doesn't all look and feel the same for everyone, but one thing it definitely does for everyone is causes you to change whether that be in a good way or unfortunately bad. We share some of our experiences, thoughts, and opinions of how we got through ours and if it has affected those around us, shifted our perspectives, and also if we project or unconsciously operate from the trauma without even realizing it. This is just one of many conversations that we'll be having, we hope our sharing also helps you and encourages you to also share as well.
