Huntr - which is a migrant blue-collar worker marketplace that connects various business enterprises with service providers such as government and training partners to source, manage, and onboard a job-ready workforce. Huntr operates as a SaaS-based platform that offers tailor-made solutions to cater to the diverse hiring needs of businesses. It streamlines the onboarding process, reducing it to 30 days compared to the 2-3 months of legacy hiring systems, saving millions of dollars in attrition costs. The company currently serves 40+ clients comprising some leading names like Amazon, Hilton, Marriott, Landmark Group, Dulsco, Accuro to name a few. Samuel Joy is the Founder & CEO of Huntr. He assumes the responsibilities of vision casting, spokesperson, strategic compass, hiring leader, and the driving force behind the fundraising. He brings years of technology, employment, and government coordination expertise to build trust and transparency in the hiring system.
