Our guests today are director Vika Evdokimenko and producer/casting director Timothy Evans.
Vika Evdokimenko is a BAFTA-Nominated British filmmaker with Jewish-Ukrainian roots who graduated from Cambridge University and attended the NYU Grad Film program where she was mentored by Rebecca Miller and Spike Lee.
Vika is a lecturer at the University of London, and a member of the British Academy. She is the founder of
Anfan Terrible, a production company that aims to tell stories which inspire meaningful change.
Timothy Evans is a former film journalist turned casting director and producer.
Since joining Anfan Terrible Productions as the in-house casting director, he has cast both I Don't Need Adult Conversation and the short film Truth Serum.
Timothy also aims to make strides in the industry for disability representation, as the first casting director with cerebral palsy.
Their incredible comedic short film TRUTH SERUM features an all-star British cast including Richard Gadd (Baby Reindeer), Sophie Kennedy Clark (Nymphomaniac, The Danish Girl) and Olivia Vinall (Road Kill).
